Will to much protein per meal kick me out of ketosis
Hi I’m currently doing 16/8 if,I eat 2 meals a day my 1st around 12 pm & 2nd about 7pm,my current protein intake a day is around 130g so I’m having to get around 60-65g per meal,what I’d like to know is whether that is to much at once on keto,will it cause my body to covert the excess to glucose Cheers

I've been having difficulty with carbs and calories. I was told not track both, that if I was in ketosis there is no reason to worry about calories? Bitter sweet

Day 19 on Keto and still showing over 4.0 on keto strips
I have been reading that Ketones are supposed to reduce in the urine once the body starts using them properly. I have been at or above the 4.0 color since a couple days after starting. Does this mean my body still isn't adapted yet.
