W3 Day1 of C25K
Tonight I did W3D1, and I felt great the first 3 minute jog was hard but the last two were pretty good and I feel great. I am looking forward to doing it on Thursday.

Legs or lungs?
Which gives out on you first? When I get to the end of my workout, my lungs feel great, I'm barely breathing hard. My legs feel like jelly, and I can barely walk.

Running technique is making it so much easier !!
Been playing around with the Chi Running techniques and man do they make a HUGE difference, almost seems effortless and my lower back and shin pain was non existant. Finally did w1d2 today. Almost killed myself but I did it. Outside as well. Way harder than on the tredmill but I think I will keep doing it this way. Felt way more alive :-)

W2D3...pushed myself
Just finished W2D3 and am proud to say I pushed myself. Was supposed to do 6-90 second runs. I ended up doing 1-90 second, 3-2 minute, and 1-3 minute run. Thought I was going to die after the 3 minute run but I did it. So woo hoo! :)

I have a girlfriend who runs 5 days a week. Naturally the pounds are just melting off. She swears by it too and loves it. I run/plan to run 3 days a week. I am afraid to run more....but I sure am considering it. Is anyone else running more than 3 days a week and how is that going for you?
