Level one done: measurements and weight change
I really dislike the shred. Thought about quitting a lot. It hurts my knees, I get way too bored with it, but I am so glad I stuck with it. In 10 days I lost 7 lbs and a total of 10.75 inches total. I've done day 11 or day 1 of level 2 and its a killer, but at least its not boring yet. Good luck ladies.

today was day 9, and i jumped to level 2 since level 1 was boring me. not so bored anymore, holy crap i hate planks. i could do most of it except the last plank twist, my belly makes it hard and my upper body was screaming! i think i sweat everything out too.

Day 7
Today was easy but my mind power was weak. I'm on my period and Im sick. I literally have no energy. I'm sure I looked like a flipping fish half the time I was trying to keep up. All in all, 3 more days until day 10 and then Im on the next journey. This week has gone by quick.

scale obsessive
ok so I'm one of those who is obsessed with the scale. I get frustrated when I get on the scale and notice that I'm not losing pounds. Although I am losing inches, I still get frustrated. I actually tend to gain a few pounds while losing inches and working out hard. What are your guys suggestions to get passed this or how…

Do you wear trainers?
Question, I've been working out barefoot... but it's dawned on me this maybe isn't such a good idea since the impact is going straight into my ankles and knees. Plus I'm flat footed, and have one leg longer than the other (don't ask lol) Do you wear trainers? xx

Okay i want to really get fit and quick! jking i really just want to get tone quicker. Does anyone have any ideas about what else to add in here ? i have very little space in my dorm room to do much and yoga isnt very good for me...i have zero flexibilty

Boredom?
