IDK man, 3 days after mine and I was having a hard time carrying my infant for more than a few minutes... I'd take it easy.

Second what autumnblade said. You should only be logging intentional exercise, or get an activity tracker and set them up together and use the numbers it gives you.

You've gotten a lot of really good advice here, and I've gotten a new favorite saying. Confused out of my tits? What? Best ever.

Diet and weight loss. However you want to achieve it. When I worked in Endo, just adding a 30 minute after dinner walk did wonders for type 2 patients and their insulin control.

I saw from your other post, OP, that you want to lose without counting calories. Can I suggest that you not use IF as your method of creating a deficit unless you're maintaining at your current weight? I've had success with IF and counting calories, and I have definitely gained weight while doing IF when not paying…

I love it. I like that I can do whatever I feel like doing that day. Dancing? Yoga? Shaun T? It's all there. I just ordered a stepper for the new Shaun T That starts the 1st!

I'm on day 6 of no meat. You'd think that my weight would be trending down. Nope. I'm gaining weight. Day 6, no meats. Day 5, no poops. :D :'(

Excercise: 35 minutes Piyo Calories tracked & under goal: Yes, yes! Upped my calories last night as well - I was not doing well that low. We'll see if an extra 200 are helpful.

I let fitbit do the exercise, it won't show up until fitbit says you have burned more for the day than MFP thinks you should. I log water in MFP and it transfers over. I'm not sure about the food problem you're having with the app... I just hit "add food" and a search bar, along with all my recents show up.

Pass #2. I tracked. I went WAY over. I did not exercise. I lived my best life.

On my way from admin back to my clinic this morning I was starving and talked myself into driving right past my favorite burger in town in favor of the portion controlled lunch waiting for me at my destination. Edit to add: I know there is nothing inherently bad about getting a burger, but I spent a lot of January just…

My OB told me to eat when I was hungry. You're growing a human. You have precious little time to give it the best start possible. She told me to eat a wide variety of colorful food, and - direct quote here - "eat the damn cookie".

1. Yes! 40 minutes of walking at work, 21 minutes of Piyo at home. 2. Under calories 3. Tracked, yep!

Your starting weight will determine a health weight gain for your pregnancy. The morbidly obese should maintain, if not lose (BMI typically higher than 45, some OBs say 50). For someone obese, most recommend less than 15lbs. TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR OR MIDWIFE. I used MFP to keep my pregnancy at 15lbs the last time - I started…

Comparison is the thief of joy... I often have to remind my husband that I cannot eat as much as he does or I will gain weight at an alarming rate. He's a big dude - 5'11" and 250lbs of mostly muscle, not a lot of body fat. At that, he works an active job, so can easily maintain around 3000 calories a day. If he wants to…

Exercise: 30 minutes of a cardio on youtube, plus a freezing walk for my 30 minute lunch break. 13053 steps for the day. Calories: 559 under goal, 95% of my intake was even weighed Traced: Everything.

I've been needing this group! I've used MFP solidly since 2015, and my highest weight loss was 80lbs. After a pregnancy and a year of breastfeeding I have been fighting the same 10lbs over and over. My problem is the food - my brain and body just do not want to get back into deficit mode after being able to eat an extra…

This is how I feel about Turkey Bacon... I can do just about any other form of turkey, but this... is unnatural.

You know I hadn't even thought of this... I tell my husband that the mental load of running the household is a lot to handle all the time - and he is getting better - but I am the one who does the meal planning, the cooking, the laundry, the bill paying etc etc. And maybe this is just another thing that is harder in my 30s…

That was mostly a joke - I apologize if it came off wrong. I have evaluated emotional reasons that might be triggering, I pass a PHQ-9 for depression and the GAD-7 for anxiety, and maybe it is just a comfort to me that once upon a time was less important than a self imposed goal/deadline (under 200 by 30). I even tried…
