  • Hello all! Former team 10 here and very excited to join you! The las two weeks I didn't do a great job with my diet, I worked out hard many times, but I've just been disconnected. This week I'm recommitting and starting fresh. Starting a new round of the 30 day shred, which is done & done for today, and I'm gonna keep this…

  • I'm excited for this week, lots of good stuff here!
  • Hi everyone! I'm sorry I haven't been very active here this past week, just life happening, had a lit going on, but things are finally calming down again. I put down my times for last week and this week so far, hope you are all doing well. Later on ill come back and have a read on what I've missed.
  • Just beautiful!
  • Hello Kristen, this sounds like a great challenge, I would love to join!
  • @TangledThread that looks so yummy! I wanna eat it! Doing the egg challenge everyday and drinking water like it's going out of style, I have a 12oz water bottle I just keep refilling. Thinking I'm gonna keep this drinking habit going!
  • Yes, I was able to download it, finally!
  • I don't know which one of you lovely people added in my numbers, but THANK YOU!
  • Hi guys! My weigh-in this afternoon went better than I expected, no loss but no gain. I feel pretty great, I know I've lost inches, I can see it and I can feel it in my clothes! Can't wait to see what next week brings!
  • Hi fit friends! I hope you are all doing great! I'm a bit anxious for my weigh-in tomorrow, kinda indulged a couple times this week, but still I feel smaller, so there's hope! Worked out hard regardless, today I went for a walk in the morning and it was 12F - brrrr! I will do better with my diet this next week.
  • Hi guys!!! 112 minutes yesterday, loads of veggies, I think I've eaten the rainbow countless times this week. Today 70 minutes and a proper Irish corned beef feast later, with veggies (cabbage, potatoes, carrots) and Italian bread! Happy Saint Party's day all!
  • Get well soon! @briwashington5
  • Hi everyone! Today I had 59 minutes of exercise and I did day one of the abs challenge, yesterday I had 110 minutes and completed all the Irish dance (roadblocks?). I've been eating allll the veggies and feeling good! Hope you're all having a great day! Let's kick *kitten*!
  • Thank you so much @TangledThread ! To answer your question I did 6 days of the squat & arms challenge. I didn't do the dance or no sugar this past week. I did the daily check-in and one time I wrote a special message on my profile for the team, and tried to be supportive on everyone's posts, I'm not sure how all those…
  • No loss this week, but I did really well with my exercises and having a little Greek each and everyday. 63 minutes today, I hope we make our goal!
  • 82 minutes of bum busting uphill walk for me today! YAY spring! ;)
  • @zerlinna87 thank you so much! I just finished 34 minutes, circuit training and arm and squat challenges. Also good for yet another day of Greek eats! I thought I would rest today, but had a glass of rose' with dinner, I rarely drink, but after said glass of wine decided to go jump around for 30 minutes, it was epic. Lol…
  • Congratulations! Fantastic work!

  • @zerlinna87 thank you so much! I haven't posted any times, I'm not even sure my name is on there. My times this week are: Mon 67mins, Tue 64mins, Wed 24 mins, Thursday 44 mins. Truly appreciate it, thank you a million.
  • 44 minutes for me today, and more seafood in for the Greek eats. I too would love if someone could please add me and my times to the spreadsheet, I looked at it and my head was spinning. I don't know if it's my husband's tablet or what, but it was confusing to me.
  • @SamandaIndia I wish I could see that! Hahaha @TangledThread, break the news to me, you're Greek, right? Today I did my 20 minutes of circuit training (30 day shred), squat + arm challenges. I had yummy lump crab meat crab cakes, and olive oil for my oven baked fries, so hopefully day 3 of checking that Greek ingredients…
  • Hi guys! Squat and arms challenge done & done, plus 60 minutes of weight lifting. Total of 64 minutes today. I'm gonna get some more sardines in later, so count me in for Greek food day 2. Hope you're all doing well!
  • You guys are doing awesome! @tangledthread, your meals look and sound delicious! I haven't gone shopping yet for some proper Greek food, but I did have sardines in delicious extra virgin olive oil on some triscuit crackers for lunch, I'm pretty sure that should count! :) Today I pushed hard to put a good dent in my…
  • Hi guys! I'm Thais, 30 years old, I am Brazilian, living in New England, I started this journey almost four years ago. I did really well my first year and a half on mfp, I was down to 164lbs, but in August 2014 I discovered I have a serious, rare eye condition and will have to receive treatment for the rest of my life.…
  • I'm totally down with this challenge! I will be getting it done everyday!

  • Just to be sure, we are counting our personal daily exercises + the different challenges we accomplish from the group as part of the weekly minutes for the Amazing Race? Also, is it 285 or 256 minutes we each have to work out for this week? I'm new, I just want to make sure I have it right.
  • I would like to join the race, sign me in, please!
  • Hello everyone, my name is Thais, I'm 30 years old and very excited to join you. I've been working hard since December 2015. working out almost everyday and doing a good job with my diet. I've stopped drinking soda and juice almost completely, which is a miracle, I have either only once in a while, and at this point I…
