great job! Keep it up!

Horrible name yes, but at least it tastes good and you're getting in a good workout.

Do you get too amped with those? I can't take anything too crazy. I was thinking about C4, Liporidex or Muscle Pharm. Have you tried any of those?
-
wow good for you!! Congrats on your success.

Awesome!!! You always have to start somewhere and each time you will get better and stronger. Before you know it will be running a 10k, then a half marathon!

I save calories throughout the day so I can enjoy a glass or two of wine. I am not a late night snacker but man do I love me some wine to help me relax after a long day.
-
What do you take? I need a new one, I think my body has gotten immune to it!

I agree, the food scale really opened my eyes and I was able to fix my problems and continue on.
-
Thanks I can't wait to try it out. I just signed up for a competition at my gym, so I am hoping this will help me win!

Congrats!!! :)

Don't beat yourself up. Losing weight takes time and patience. Just come up with a solid meal and exercise plan and stick with it. There are plenty available online for free. I just got one and started using it today. It's super doable and easy to understand and maintain. I can help you if you need it! :)

I prefer HIIT because you burn a ton of calories because you are always moving.

I love plain popcorn or hummus and crackers! Yum

I like that it would be more sensitive on my stomach, but it seems a bit pricey, I am on a tight budget. I know you have to pay for quality products, but it's hard to try something new when I have been so unimpressed with so many products in the past. Where do you get yours? Maybe if a store has it near me I can sample…

Like some others have said, your body does need rest days. You can even ask people who compete and they will tell you that the body needs rest. You certainly do not need to rest after each day, but working out 5 days a week even 6 would be better. Take the 7th day and do some yoga if you are really trying to workout…

Nice to know, thank you! I don't know about the watermelon flavor, but strawberry lime sounds great.

I hit up starbucks today too, got a vent iced green tea....I am hooked!
-
I will have to try this, thank you

I eat a couple days a week a half of a whole wheat bagel with a little peanut butter.

Nights are tough. What I do is make sure I am eating enough throughout the day so I am not starving at night. If you get hungry after dinner, try snacking on some nuts or have a piece of fruit.
-
There are a lot of people doing that, but I also think there are some genuine people on here trying to help by sharing something new that they have discovered. I found a great fat burner because of these forums, so it is possible. :)

I like to keep nuts around and I eat grilled chicken breast all day everyday! I have learned so many great ways to mix it up so it's not so bland.

My body fluctuates all the time. Just really watch everything you are eating and drinking and increase your exercise and it will be gone in no time.
-
I have tried this and it does work but eventually you have to bring sugar back into your life. I just think anything in moderation works best.
-
It takes time, just don't give up!

I am right there with you. I just tried the chocolate milkshake protein from Quest the other day and it seems like it should be a crime. I have a sweet tooth and this has definitely helped me crave the sweets because I get my sweet tooth fix with the shake. Which flavor do you like? I have only had the chocolate so far but…

Good ol' fashioned food for nutrition used to work for me, but now I don't see the best results without taking a pre workout or even a fat burner along with my other daily vitamins. Sure I can still workout without it, but in order for me to get the results I am after, I prefer having a pre workout and when my diet needs…
