Yes! Thank you.

Are these new? I usually don't take the time to warm up my pop tarts but did for these and oh man...

I march in place, or play phone games/casually browse Pinterest to keep my hands busy. I make sure to save a couple hundred calories to spend freely in the evenings or plan out my snacks ahead of time and at what time I will have them.

They are delicious! Definitely more dense and brownie-like, similar to the texture of the coffee cake flavor. I find that the chocolate brownie flavor is more cakey and some boxes that I've bought have been very dry, and these are not so. Worth looking around for them imo!

Just found these today. Only at Target apparently!

Thanks for the responses. We got Five Guys and took it home, so I don't normally weigh fast food but got the chance to in this situation and did so for science!!

World Market has thin pizza crusts that are only 150 calories! Add toppings, great for a mid-week pizza craving.

Badly! Baked a lot of Easter bread and most of it is going to work tomorrow, however, the loaf I kept for myself is shrinking...

Entire pints of Ben & Jerry's while studying for exams... Oreos for days...

Not the best tasting but maybe the best hangover cure I've ever had. Try it!

Often times food loses water during the cooking process, and most database entries correspond to the raw weights of things. In my experience, raw database entries tend to be more accurate for foods like fruits, veg, meats. However, USDA does list some calories for cooked veggies & other things with the specific method they…

I love a rice cake with 10-20 g peanut butter and 60 g strawberries on top. Anywhere from 150-180 cal for mine usually and holds me over for a couple hours.

Nobody wants to support a rate of weight loss that could literally kill you. That's how much people care here. Please see this!

Good luck!

I made this recipe today for the first time and it was great! Can be made in the crockpot or the oven. I used all hot sausage instead of half mild, and it had a nice kick. Not low-calorie by any definition. http://funnyisfamily.com/2012/11/crock-pot-thursday-sausage-stuffing.html#_a5y_p=2824292

100% agree with this. It has been harder and harder to stay within my calories the closer to goal I get. Switching from logging my burns on MFP to getting a Fitbit has helped as it has let me eat more, even though I still only eat back 75-85% of the exercise calories it gives me.

Hope this is a Fallout reference... This is exactly what I do too! Fire up the PS4 and spend hours playing video games... I usually lose track of time and before you know it, time for bed. But I also allow it in my calories for a periodic snack during the night time, because that's how I'm used to eating and how I like to…

My mom is on MFP and we are making all the food, so lucky enough to be weighing and logging ALL of our recipes together. I am planning to eat like I normally would on Thanksgiving (everything in sight) and am truly excited to see what the exact count will be. She, on the other hand, plans to stay within her goals for the…

Had these in a college class about drugs and behavior to simulate how drugs change perception. Stout beers taste just like chocolate, hot sauce is sweet, whole lemons are like candy. would be really good for diabetics who need to control their sugar levels, as you can get the same sweet treat experience from other foods!

I eat breakfast and lunch at work, so I plan them both out for Monday thru Friday the weekend ahead of time. Then, I can make a big batch of whatever it is ahead of time for minimal prep work each morning. Dinner every night and all meals on the weekends are pretty spontaneous.

120 cal for 29 g, which says 8 cookies on the package but has ended up around 7 so far for me. Like waffley little thin mints, but better because candy! Worth it! ETA - they really mean it when they say mini though...

Not new, but boy am I happy these are back at TJs.

I love it! I let it brew for a little longer because I love the strong gingery/slightly bitter tea taste. Really, really good with the almond milk egg nog mentioned earlier in this thread, would probably be delicious with regular egg nog or your favorite creamy milk/substitute beverage. I agree about the salted caramel…

Just picked these up. Not usually a seasonal tea person, but after trying Celestial Gingerbread Spice I have been curious.

You look incredible! I don't have a recent pic to post but I might take one - it's amazing how differently bodies can hold weight though. My stomach looks nothing like that at a pound heavier and the same height. I don't even have kids to blame for it. Maybe the difference between the lifting I'm doing and an actual…

This is pretty much exactly my situation too - 5'4", 134.2 today and my goal is 130. I vote for trying to get down to that point and seeing how you feel. I am struggling with this last five pounds so will probably take a break once I get there, then decide about losing more or trying to recomp. I've been lifting from the…

My local target must suck a lot worse than I thought because they don't have it... I have checked 2 Wincos (Krogers), 2 local natural foods stores, and 1 target in the area and nothing!! Same with the seasonal Talenti flavors and pretty much anything else fun in this thread (aside from trader joes, can usually get…

I tried the almond nog. It's definitely not as creamy and thick as real egg nog, but still deliciously noggy enough to add to my coffee or to ginger bread spice tea (my favorite combo so far!). I think you might still be disappointed on the thickness front... But I also bought the So Delicious Mint Chocolate Coconut Milk,…

Which nutritional info do I use, though?

It's incredible!!
