Thanksgiving Dressing Recipe Request

I made Thanksgiving Dinner this year, first time in quite a while. I was pleased with most dishes, but my stuffing wasn't so great. My sister uses Stove Top, but I'm just not ready to go there. Any favorites out there? Thanks!

I made this recipe today for the first time and it was great! Can be made in the crockpot or the oven. I used all hot sausage instead of half mild, and it had a nice kick. Not low-calorie by any definition.

This is the dressing my brother in law makes: http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/emeril-lagasse/savory-spinach-and-artichoke-stuffing-recipe.html
It is hands down the best stuffing I have ever had. It is AWESOME!0 -
I either use Stove Top and don't eat it or I make my own (I can't have Stove Top I am gluten intolerant). I use toast pieces (GF but could be any), celery, onion, garlic, parsley, Bell's seasoning, salt, pepper, and turkey broth to make mine from scratch. I toast the bread, then I sautee the onions, celery, garlic, until browned. Then I add Bells seasoning to taste (start with a pinch and add more). I add turkey or chicken broth to hydrate the toast, then bake in a ceramic dish until the top is crisp and the inside is soft. That's my stuffing.0
