Day 13 of keto reboot. Down 9.1lbs so for this time. Previous runs I've lost 100 and 90 lbs respectively. Going for 80 this time. Target completion by Jan 2020. I can already feel the difference. It is hard to get on it... but once on, it feels great.

Sorry for the absence. Been on a client site and then my son got sick at an 'away' swim meet. Went to meet him. Haven't been home yet. Just showed back up at the client site again. Will make it home on Wednesday or so.

On short notice, I ended up in Edmonton AB. Am planning a long outdoor walk for Challenge 1. Have to look up which one. I think my ankle is good enough. Still working on plan B. Probably one of the stretching videos. My son is at a swim meet this weekend and I have been able to attend at the last minute. Bar looks good.

Challenge #3 Cucumber, Lettuce, Bell Pepper, Spinach, Broccoli, Guacamole ( I'm an over achiever! LOL) Just took everything green on the awesome salad bar today. I even had some chicken with pesto sauce.

Went to a client this afternoon. I was early. Across the street from their office was a latin grocery store. As it turned out, it also had Jamaican food. I bought a couple of the scotch bonnet peppers for 30 cents. So, instead of "ginger beef" I made Jamaican Jerk Chicken.
