I too aim for 20g carbs a day. I bounce back and forth with net and whole carbs. The logging in last few weeks has been thin due to Summer stuff. :p You are welcome to add me.

I've thrown myself into a project or two: organizing closets, garage, deep cleaning, jump on treadmill, go shopping-mostly to Lowe's to wander the garden center. Just purchased some Celtic Grey Sea Salt.....love it! I use it for my keto-aid and everything else. Sometimes, I add Trace Minerals and/or some liquid zinc to my salt-drink.

Interesting 2 weeks of June so far. I've been fluctuating with 5lbs. I like seeing a solid numerical loss, but- hey, can't complain much with all the positive non-scale changes going on. I goofed up over the weekend with my macros, so I am sure my body is readjusting itself....and it will take its time in doing so...lol.

Thank you for the post. I upped my sodium intake due to keto. After a couple of weeks, it was brought to my attention since the coffee creates extra trips to the restroom... I'd probably need to up the sodium even more. It worked and I felt better too.

Thank you for the info! Cycling would be perfect but, alas, no wheels available to pedal. Luckily, my foot is on the mend. I'll start out with exercise videos, see how things go.
