I weigh myself every morning and love it. The only times I don't weigh myself is if I've overeaten the day before so I skip it then. I go back on once I am back on track.

I once went on a very low calorie diet and extreme amounts of cardio and lost weight really fast. The problem was that it messed up my sleep (had insomnia), was very lethargic, and lost a lot of hair. I won't do that again. I don't think it's a good idea to try to lose too fast based on my experience.

I wore the same pants 2 days in a row and on the second day the previous day's underwear fell out of my pant leg in the middle of an exercise class. :'( :'( :'(

My goal is 130 and I am also 5'4 I think it is a good weight for my height and is not too skinny.

Why are we only asking questions?
-
I eat a protein bar and piece of fruit at 9pm everyday and go to sleep at 10 or 10:30 and have lost 35 lbs

I am not a member but my cousin is and she likes it. I know that it's really pricey though.

#3 Is really important as it speaks to moderation. You can save tonnes of calories each year by eliminating all or nothing thinking. Best of luck.

Yes. It seems that whatever job I have had, my coworkers chime in on how bad diet pop is and that it makes people fat. I have been drinking it for ages and won't give it up.
-
I try to look at things as meal to meal now, as opposed to my diet starting on "Mondays" or the next day when I have overeaten. What I mean is that if I mess up, I get right back on the plan for my next meal, including sticking to any scheduled exercise. In the past, for example, if I were to mess up at lunch I would see…

That you must drink a tonne of water in order to lose weight.

Libra tells me February for last 31 lbs, but I am thinking it will be more like June.

That you need to drink lots of water to lose weight

I do Les Mills classes at my gym...didn't know you could get them on demand but maybe not here in Canada. I would say BodyStep is the most challenging...it kills me everytime, but is the best workout. BodyCombat is the most fun, although not as hard as BodyStep. I have tried BodyPump too, but don't really do it that often.

This was really funny. I would go with the cushion.

I don't count calories either, but I am cognizant of the calories in food and understand that a deficit is what is needed in order to lose weight. I don't count calories due to past unhealthy behaviours of severely restricting and exercising 2.5 hours a day to lose weight. Of course all the weight came back each time so…

I love bodystep. It kills me everytime, but I feel amazing afterwards.
-
Do you have a lot of days where you are going over your calorie goal?
-
I think about pushing myself harder and how great I will feel after my shower.

If you are gluten free you have to make sure you are getting enough protein and nutrients as many gluten free substitutes are not fortified and lack protein. When selecting carbs make sure to choose beans and quinoa over rice and other gluten free substitutes. The same thing happened to my skin but now it is much better…

I don’t count calories and have lost just under a pound per week by eating less and exercise. No foods are off limits but I do try to make healthier choices.
-
Since you just increased your workouts that is the likely culprit as you retain water when increasing exercise.
-
I still eat carbs and am losing just under a pound a week. I gave up gluten and periods came back which is great because I would go years without a period. I am exercising and eating less so as long as it works I will stick to it. I started at 195 lbs and am now 162at 5”4. Goal is 130.

I have a Pure Protein peanut butter and chocolate protein bar every night at 9 pm along with a piece of fruit (lately watermelon which I love).

How do you make the lentils?
