I do have a birthday middle of November so whilst I expect to have a cheat day or two I’m still aiming for 7lbs loss in November. I only started at the beginning of September so have consistently been losing 2+lb a week so this target seems reasonable yet still a challenge.

I get married in a month, so I have a big push to lose the extra weight I have gained in the last two years.
I know 12lbs is quite a push and beyond what is reasonable, but I am willing to go into that unsustainable zone for the sake of photos that I will look at for the rest of my life.
