    November SW - 245.2lb

    I do have a birthday middle of November so whilst I expect to have a cheat day or two I’m still aiming for 7lbs loss in November. I only started at the beginning of September so have consistently been losing 2+lb a week so this target seems reasonable yet still a challenge.

    Will update on the 15th and at the end of the challenge.

    I get married in a month, so I have a big push to lose the extra weight I have gained in the last two years.

    I know 12lbs is quite a push and beyond what is reasonable, but I am willing to go into that unsustainable zone for the sake of photos that I will look at for the rest of my life.

    Hi been active on MFP again since April and am down 40 lbs with another 15-20 to go. Weigh loss stalled in October so looking to kick butt in Nov. Know I won't reach my ultimate goal by year end, but would love to get a lot closer.

    I am weighing in on the First and the Last day of each month for a full monthly results total.

    Highest Weight Ever: 253 ( in 2014/2015)
    Original starting weight - 235 (on Jan 11, 2018)

    Ultimate goal – 145 lbs by Valentine’s Day. By March 15, 2019 I hope to weigh no more than 153 after an initial and expected water weight gain after transitioning off my diet. I am allowing for (hopefully no more than) 8 pounds for the water weight.
