  • I agree with this 100%. As a 'skinny sorority girl' myself (who was ANYTHING but skinny a yeah and a half ago) when I see other girls in the gym who are overweight I am proud of them and think wow good for them and think nothing but positive thoughts about ANYONE looking to better themselves and become healthy.   • I completed insanity about a month ago. I wouldn't call it a short cut - it is hard as hell! It did give me a bunch of knee pain though when I was doing it :/ But overall it was a good and tough cardio session... really helped with my endurance!
  • I am starting my 4th week of LiveFit today! I was nervous about the no cardio thing too but like Rochelle said it's necessary during Phase 1 to try and build as much muscle as possible. I couldn't help myself and went for a run this past weekend haha but I figured one time wouldn't hurt.
  • Haha yes! I get 99% of my sports bras from target. They have a lot in pretty/bright colors too :) I do wish my boobs were a lil bigger but it is nice that I don't have to wear a bra all the time and they can be FREEEE :bigsmile:

  • Hey! Yes I think you should take a rest day in-between weeks/levels. Rest days are important so be sure to take at least 1 day off per week (and Jillian also recommends this).
