I'm in for week 2; fell short of my goal last week :sad:
Weekly Goal: 4000 calories burned per HRM
Mon: 1036 calories burned (JM extreme shed & shred Level 1 & 2; mowing front yard; Monday mini challenge 150 crunches)
Tues: 741 calories burned (JM 6 week 6 pack & yoga meltdown; walking; Tuesday mini challenge 150 squats w/weights)
Wed: 837 calories burned (JM extreme shed & shred Level 1 & 2; walking; Wednesday mini challenge 200 tricep extentions w/ 10lb weight)
Thur: day of rest; (except for Thursday mini challenge - 225 calf raises)
