Your body is probably in starvation mode. Because you eat so little calories, your body doesn't know when it's next meal is coming, so it hangs onto fat, uaually around the midsection. You need to up your calories, and up your exercise to get your metabolism going again. Good luck and feel better!

No way! We're already faster than the people who are sitting on the couch eating Doritos! Be proud! I'm super proud of myself for running 5k in 39:23, because up until about January 2011, I was one of the Dorito-Eaters! (Well, actually kettle chips were my poison ;) )

Sugar is addictive. I find that eating something sweet, triggers a craving for sugar. Try going a week, eating very little amounts of sugar, and see if the cravings subside. I was a 36 C when I started, and now I wear a 34B, it's so depressing....my poor boobs look terrible, but my butt looks great! Can't have it all I guess :)

I'm 5'4", and my goal weight is 135 lbs. That's what I weighed when I met my husband. Right now, I have 8 lbs to go. Once I get down to 135 lbs, I might change my goal weight to 130 lbs, I`m not sure yet. I guess it all depends on how I look and feel at 135 lbs.

My body shifted some chub into the right places :) I was alway an "apple shape" (big mid section), but now everything seems to be smoothing out into a nice curvacious figure!!! With 9 pounds lost, and 9 to go until goal, I'm excited to see what else my bod has in store for me!
