I was in Jazzercise for about 4 years. I finally stopped last year because I have a gym at work, and I got tired of being somewhere till 7:30 at night. You will love it. Pam:happy:

I am the same way. I don't know what is wrong with my mind. If I do really well during the week, then by the weekend I do something to mess myself up. I've been trying to listen to the people on there that say tomorrow is a new day if you mess up. But just hang in there, maybe we can train our minds to be good to us…

When I used to drink slim fast, I just wanted to slap someone I was so hungry. It's not very filling. I agree with Anna, eat something solid. I like the Sara Lee 45 calorie bread, toasted, with a slice of laughing cow cheese on top. It is yummy and only 80 calories or so. Pam

It's figured 6 weeks before Easter with Mardi Gras being the last day before Ash Wednesday. There is 6 weeks of Lent before Easter. I think that's how it goes. Pam

:laugh: I am the same way. I eat really good during the week, but come the weekend I always slip up. I do get in my exercises for both days though. I just don't have the will power for the weekends. I guess if we're not gaining too much it will be okay. Pam
