Go walking on your lunch break. I eat a quick lunch and head to the gym at work. It is so much easier than when I get home. If that doesn't work, get your husband to watch or bring your daughter for a walk, anything to keep moving. I always try to get in another 30 min or so when I get home to walk my 2 dogs. Try doing…

If you are craving them after only one or two days, it will be even worse later on. Why don't you just exercise and eat what you want in moderation, track your calories. Try changing your bread to Sara Lee 45 calories & Delightful Wheat. Its del-ish. Two slices would only be 90 calories, way less than 210. Pam

You asked some very good questions that I would like to know also. I've also heard that once you have fat cells they never go away, just shrink. But I don't know that answer for sure. Pam

My first job was cleaning our church every week starting when I was 12 till I went to college. I also picked peaches on an ag reasearch farm one summer, all the fresh peaches all summer; yummy. Pam

I have 2 eggs, 1 slice of Sara Lee 45 calorie whole wheat bread and a slice laughing cow cheese for breakfast every moring. I used to eat cerale, but I was eating too many calories and I wouldn't be full for very long. Pam

Boiled shrimp and broiled fish. I agree with one of the posters. Enjoy some of NO fine food. You'll probably have to walk alot. Go to the gym at the hotel or walk up the stairs. Have a good time. I just came back from Mardi Gras. What a crazy place and I only live an hour a way. Pam

Aren't you just so good to be able to give up beer like that. I can't and don't want to. So I will watch what I eat and exercise hard to be able to. Pam
