I have been trying to lose those last 20 pounds for 2 years. I even started gaing back some of the 70 pounds I lost. It is time to get back on track. It is so easy to go back to my old habits and sit on the couch and eat! I have a gold of losing at least 1 pound per week. I am hoping to be 10 pounds lighter by July, 4th! :smile:

    Welcom to MP. It is a great site. Be sure to log in all your food and exercise. They are both great tools.
