  • Ah yes, the Medifarts. We've been becoming re-acquainted this week. I had them on my first go with MF last year as well. I just learn to live with it and apologize a lot to my husband. ;) .... Or blame the dog.
  • I'm 5' 7-1/2" and my highest weight was 246 -- (pregnant). Stabilized at 220 (The left-side pic in my profile pic). I got down to 134 last year, but have been maintaining around 140/145 for the last year and a half or so. Today I'm 141.6. You can do it!
  • I have had a tummy tuck w/ abdominal lipo after 3 pregnancies and losing over 100 pounds since my highest pregnant weight. It is the best thing I have ever done for myself and I would do it again in a heartbeat!

  • "Miss Me" Easy Boot or Easy Straight cuts from Buckle. They are a bit higher rise and cover my butt crack and are a little roomier in the hips and thighs than the regular low rise ones. I also like some of the MEK jeans and some of the BKE's. (I love shopping at Buckle).

  • I throw the chicken noodle soup, and 1 cup of hot water from my hot water dispenser into a thermos and let it sit for a few hours.   • Maybe you got a bad box. I don't know. I make mine all the time. I use 2 TBSP of Da Vinci Sugar Free Cookie Dough syrup instead of water. I microwave it for a little longer (1 minute 45 seconds) and I love the way mine turns out. Kind of like a chewy piece of bread.
