I broke my nose when I was 14 and got a horrible bump on it because of that.

It really bothers me because I like the shape and look of my nose, but hate the bump.

I wear my glasses all the time and people don't notice, but it would be nice to wear contacts and not feel so self-conscious.

So yes, if money weren't an issue and I wasn't so afraid of going under the knife, I would have a rhinoplasty done.

IF I had the money I definitely would get plastic surgery.

    I would get:

    1. Abdominal liposuction
    2. Under arm liposuction
    3. Neck tightening
    4. Veneers
    5. Eye lid lift
    6. Fillers for face
    7. Facial laser resurfacing
    8. Breast lift

But alas, money (or lack thereof) means I will never have any of this done. Such is life!

Not unless it was reconstructive plastic surgery after accident or illness.

If I could of course. My breast need a little "umph" and maybe fat transfer from my belly area to my butt.

If it's broke, FIX IT! :drinker:

Yes! I have 4 kids--pregnancy (including 2 c-sections) & morbid obesity have done a number on my tummy. I also spent nearly 6 years total breastfeeding & I'm not getting any younger. Once I've lost the rest of the weight, I am definitely having the excess skin around my middle removed & the girls could use a lift & possibly implants depending on how it all looks after I reach my goal weight. I had lasik surgery nearly 12 years ago--LOVE it. I couldn't see anything without my glasses & wasn't able to wear contacts in the last couple of years before I had the surgery. Now I have perfect vision & it's great.

Why not. vanity is under-rated! I would do lasik in a heart beat. I want to be able to see without worrying about losing or breaking contacts/glasses!!! I hate being half blind!

I have had a tummy tuck w/ abdominal lipo after 3 pregnancies and losing over 100 pounds since my highest pregnant weight. It is the best thing I have ever done for myself and I would do it again in a heartbeat!

Would you get plastic surgery? YES
    If no, why not?
If yes, what would you get done (money is no object)? Tummy tuck and brachioplasty, and a boob job
If you had and you care to share what did you get done?

I am waiting to see what lifting heavy will do for me. I lost (and gained) my weight pretty quickly and my poor skin is a mess. The boobage area needs filled back in and tightened up after going from a 42 FF to a 34/36 (small) C and nursing 5 babies... well yeah.

I've had my boobs done twice. It doesn't have to be excruciatingly painful. I was comfortably out to dinner my first night after surgery. There are great new techniques being developed all the time. They also don't automatically look fake. They key is research research research. My next plastic surgery plan is to get a tummy tuck. Two 9 pound babies weren't so good for my belly lol. Besides that I'm pretty happy with everything. Maybe I'll start getting botox when my family curse of angry 11s start to worsen.

Lipo & boobs when the time is right. I've wanted my lips a little bigger but my fiance says no lol. Botox when needed, Tummy tuck after children (with the boob job). I'd say that's all I'd get.. if I wasn't afraid of the actual procedure.

I totally forgot about how they can transfer the fat to the butt. I'm up for that too lol

Tummy tuck when I'm done having kids. They can insert an extra cupsize while at it.

I'm 42, and all the women (I know, including myself) that have had kids - have gotten "mommy makeovers." I'm a big believer in cosmetic surgery. So, I've gotten:

    liposuction
    breast lift
    Lasik
    Laser Hair Removal

Have to admit that the lipo results were amazing. They took 5 inches of fat off my waist. Tried everything (diet, exercising) and nothing would have given the results like the lipo did. Even with my weight gain, my stomach is still pretty flat. Send me a message if you want to see before and after pics.

Nope. I'm rockin what I got. I've lived with it for 25 years, I'm kinda attached to my body the way it is....minus the extra fat, that can GTFO.

ETA: I take that back. Insurance considers TMJ surgery cosmetic. I definitely want that. Would be nice if my jaw didn't pop every time I open my mouth.

Yup, tummy tuck one day. Having my kids, particularly my twins just ruined my stomach. No amount of working out or losing weight will fix the skin.

    Definitely!
I'm planning on getting a boob job after I'm done travelling. Not huge Pamela sized ones, but a large C/small D cup would be nice. Being a size 4-6AUS and having A cups means all my shirts sag and gape and fall down and are generally unflattering.
And permanent hair removal from pretty much everywhere, legs, underarms, bikini, if that counts a s surgery.

Getting a boob job by the end of this year.. But me and my husband argue about the size.. I want like d cup porn star boobs.around 600-700 cc . But he wants to keep it small like b or c.. 325 cc.. Im small framed so huge breasts might look stupid. But i luv that fake porn star look ://
