Just keep yourself busy and you won't stress about keeping under your calorie goal until meal time comes around.
-
Yes, I plan on staying around. My health is a life long project.

I just eat a really similar diet everyday. So I've memorised the calories of each food and can keep a rough total in my head. I only log if I eat a few new things or if I binge.

Yeah, a serving size of nuts is supposed to be about 20-30 grams but you can easily eat three times that if you don't keep track. It's dense enough in calories to make portion control hard.

My worst binge was when I was stressed about stuffing up a job interview. Right after the interview, I ordered 3 medium fries, 2 double cheeseburgers and 6 nuggets from McDonald's. Walked home and ate them immediately. That's 2300 calories over a one hour period. Not to mention, another 1000 or so calories from breakfast…

I prefer the fitbit over the jawbone. It's smaller, the charge lasts longer and it tracks your sleeping too.
-
Buy your own mini fridge with a padlock and keep it in your room.

Maybe you could take a year off uni and just work while you get your binging under control. Having your grades suffer because of depression is the worst and it'd be easier for you to just focus on one major thing at a time.

Yes, I know that I look better than when I was chubby but I still feel ugly. Also, my calves have barely shrunk so I still hate my legs.

You can notice it the day after in your face.

Yes, avoiding certain foods entirely works for me. Even eating a single serve bag of chips makes me start craving them and before you know it, I've eaten two bags. Aside from that, I'll drink decaf coffee or eat fruit if I'm craving something sweet. Veggie soup if I'm craving something salty. Also, just not spending the…

I'm 5'3" and my current size is 2. Except for my calves which I have to size up for :( I'm aiming to be a size 0. Don't really care about how much I weigh but I'd estimate myself at 110 currently.

What has this thread got to do with weight loss?

3 days in, 32 more to go. Must not binge >___<

Spanx is good for feeling firm but I find it puts too much pressure on my bladder and I have this annoying urge to pee all the time.

Yeah weighing around the weekends is good motivation in general. I just do it before so I don't undo my work over the weekends. Had a good 2nd day yesterday.

Googled burrito and darn they look tasty. Especially the mince ones. Good thing I've never seen them in my country or I'd embarrass myself :)
-
I like the idea of cheat days but I don't do them because I'd rather see my goal weight sooner. I figure that when I get to maintenance, I'll be able to go over on some days without worrying about how it'll affect my progress. Win win.

Arrowroot biscuits or shortbread. Only 3-5 of them though. Used to be the whole sleeve.

In China, people practice a philosophy of eating to 70% fullness. I think this is helpful especially if bingeing for you is periods of under eating followed by periods of overeating. 70% fullness is a good middle ground and you can use that sensation in your stomach to train yourself to stop. Also, eating fruit and putting…

You've got to let go of toxic people. I would just stop going out with her and avoid her in general.

I guess I'm starting today then. But I'm going to weigh in on Fridays as my motivation for not overeating on the weekends. My goal by the end of 35 days is to lose 5 lbs and be at 107 lbs. Day 1 has been good so far. It's supposed to be my cheat meal day but I've decided against it because I want to meet my goal sooner.…

I'm going to buy a pair of Burberry jeans :D

Well you can either try losing extremely quickly but you're likely to yoyo back up to your old weight with a slight increase in bf% or even burn out and put on weight before you reach your goal. The other option is to stick with a sustainable 1-2lb loss per week and only have to lose the weight once and for good.

A Thermos food jar is pretty good for keeping foods cool or hot. When it's really hot, I have a Thermos jar for my slushie (along with a cold pack) and it stays frozen for almost 3 hours. It also keeps my drinks cold for about 7 but for hot foods, it's even better. Although, if you're in a car, an esky and cold packs would…

I know. It's like those people that quote walls of text only to write "agreed", "this" or "+1". My fingers are all calloused from scrolling past these useless posters on MFP.

A teen could be 18 or 19 which is certainly not too young to lose weight. At 18, you're an adult. Highly doubt you can lose that much even if you ate nothing. It could be an error with the scale or you were retaining a lot of water at your first weigh in.

I've been drinking about 300ml per day for a year with no ill effects so far. I reckon that's a reasonable amount to drink.

When I lost weight, the first place where I lost weight was my bust. A small 33" to a sad 30" now :(

5"3 I weigh 113 and my size is a US 4.
