  • I also am getting ready to go through my clothes.... I have lost nearly 50lbs but have tons to go still... but I have about 10 different sizes inm y closet... I am gonna donate them or sell the new ones on eBay so I can afford to get new styles that fit!!LMAO!!
  • When I first started on this site... it told me to eat 1800 cals a day... but my doctor said 1200... I am trying to stick to 1200... the 1st week I lost 8lbs... but since then it has only been about 2lbs... I think I am gonna try increasing it a bit 1400 to add more fruit & veggies throughout the day!!!

  • Well I was bummed this week when I weighed in... I had only lost 3lbs... but when I measured... I lost a whole 5.5" on my tummy!! And 2-3" all over the rest of me!! I guess that is something to smile about!!! Thank you for sharing your before/after pics & stories w/ me... it is keeping me going!!!!

  • If it is a chain restaurant, Pizza Hut Etc you should be able to look it up online on their site. They usually allow you to customize & take off cheese.
  • I have not tried almond milk... I am very allergic to soy.. .so there are many things i cannot eat/drink. Is there any soy in this product & where do you find it? TY Shannon
  • I just bought a little tiny 1 cup scale at Walmart for about $5. I have abig one that weighs up to 10 lbs in my ffice... but I just wanted something tiny for my kitchen. SO far so good!!
  • I get kids meals all the time. Even in some of the nicer restaurants. I just tell them I have a medical condition & can't eat much if they ask. They don't usually even bother & if they don't like it I go elsewhere! Some people should not work w/ the public!! LMAO!

  • Yes it is amazing how many calories i was eating a day! While I was ill we ate alot of fast foods... never again... yucky... just the thought makes me sick to my tummy now!! LMAO!! Good luck new friends!!
