Hi All
Well, I 've been doing really really well these past few weeks and I want to keep it up. Today I haven't had lunch. My office is having somewhat of a "fun day". WELL my supervisor ordered everyone a pizza. She knew that I have been watching my food options SOOOO she ordered me an 8in cheeseless veggie pizza. I thought that was really nice of her!! However, I have NOOOO idea how to track it ORRRR whether or not the whole pizza is a serving size or if not how many slices is a servings size. I don't want to NOT eat it since she did put some though into it. Any advice? Does anyone know how many cals are in a cheeseless personal pan pizza?

Eat it, enjoy it, and count it as a healthy cheat day. At least that is what I would do.0

It's 140/slice for a 10" pizza, according to some Google results0

Enjoy your pizza!0 -
Thanks everyone for the suggestions. I still walked the line of caution. I ate half of the pizza (4 small slices) with 2 baked hot wings and will eat the other half for dinner. ;o)0

P.S. That was really awesome of your boss to think of you when ordering the office pizza!0 -
That's great! You did just fine. :happy:0

If it is a chain restaurant, Pizza Hut Etc you should be able to look it up online on their site. They usually allow you to customize & take off cheese.0
