As long as you eat a deficit, you should lose & it should be all over if you do it long enough. Losing weight is 80% diet, 20% exercise. You're not going to gain muscle (except maybe newbie gains, not sure how long those last) unless you're eating a surplus.

You could probably eat way more. Eat 20% of your TDEE. Carbs don't matter. I've lost all my weight not limiting my carbs.

I struggle with disordered eating. My relationship with food & my body is not very good, but I'm getting help. 0 can be healthy if you have the frame and hips for it. But no, not everyone can attain it. Some people have wider hips or bigger frames than others & can't get that far down. Some people look sickly in a size 6. Don't focus on the number, just focus on being the best you that you can be ::)

O__O why would u even need that big of a deficit? I don't understand when people say I can't eat this much. Not to be harsh or anything, but you gained weight by over eating, we all did...you CAN eat enough. Eat higher calories foods.

Idk anything about that diet, but it's not good to lose such an amount of weight in such little time. When u do that, it's doubtful that all of that is fat. The name of the game is fat loss. Mine are hard to see. They're the thin white ones but I have them ALL over my stomach and on my sides and loves handles. Also arms, chest and legs. I'm covered :( They just dont show up well in pics unless I use the flash.
