Here are a few things to consider: 1. Are you using a heart rate monitor to calculate your actual calories burned? And is your weight in it accurate weekly 2. When you do the squats, remember to squeeze the butt on the way up. Many people squat and think that's all you need to do. You're really only working your thighs then. Be sure to squeeze on the up and do variations of squat and leg exercises. It will come in time.

you should try to start eating cleaner.............. I am on the same path with trying to build that 6pack.........heck at this point, I'll settle for a 2 pack. I just want to get rid of the jiggle in the middle when I wiggle. Food Choice are key.....along with a combination of cardio and strength.

You can't necessarily target where your fat comes off from first, however, you can shape it with core exercises. Abs are made in the kitchen, so you should really look at the food that you're eating.
