  • Good morning...I needed to see this today, to watch your video Redeemed....to know that He is watching out for us. You are truly beautiful inside and out!
  • And there is a different season for boards I have found.......ttc and fitness, and when you pass those different milestones and are in the next step, it makes sense of why people wander out!! Plus, it is March!! lol, the desire for fitness and health can begin in January, but it takes 11 more months to make changes!!! Glad…
  • With the focus of trying for our third and final try, I have the motivation, drive and determination to fit those maternity pants I bought in Edmonton last June. Diane, I never snacked in the evening prior to meeting my hubby, then I went on a rampage and gained weight like crazy in our first year together and have…
  • My thigh size has me on a campaign to reduce them!!! Good motivation isn't it????? Have a great Friday all!!!
  • I find that I need to track so that I stay on target...when I don't log, I tend to overeat, binge and gain. So being under my cal goal is a good goal for me.....but I do love eating my exercise cals back!!!
  • I am no longer wanting to snack at night!!! That is big...and the fact that my running is becoming easier again....I like that...plus, the scale moved to 166.4 this am, which I will take. Hopefully, by the time I go to my MD appt in 20 days, I will have it close to what she saw last time!!!
  • Andrea....progress is great!! Especially the type that allows clothes to actually fit  and then get baggy!!! As for the shame, do learn to let that go, I am working on that whole side of it too. Take some pix of your progress, keep at it and soon you will be having to dig in your closet for the other clothes!!!!!
  • Danielle....that is one steep # for the month of Jan, is that the % amount you estimate others losing or is it a number that you feel is right? I do remember over at IDOB that you did lose quite quickly....and having the challenges will keep you in line!! My push is that ttc #3 can happen when I am back at 155-160ish lbs,…
  • Get chatting!!!! Like back in the day over at IDOB.....I don't feel like I belong over there now, I have not joined the FB after the last followout and I miss girls like Sam and April. So what about January works well for you girls? Personally the fact that there are less treats hanging out everywhere helps me, my hubby is…
  • Me too Diane...I am still tired and the fix on the machine means I can't assemble it unless I get home from work early. I so want to get the pukey smell out of here!!!! I was up by 5ish this am, but I went to bed at 8:30 pm. Very broken sleep last night.....my biggest goal of the next month is getting back into a proper…
  • Another morning start at 4 am!!! My YDS woke me up and I felt something gooey when I went to lift him into our bed....but the smell was what did me in...he had puked all over his bed, no fever, just some reflux issues again :frown: So I am making my hubby his favourite for breakfast...homemade cinnamon buns and then…
  • Not me....but the hubby and I were considering her 90 Revolution series as part of our workouts. I am choosing to start Stronglifts and hope to wrangle him into it, and continue with my running!!! Glad to hear you feel run over...just teasing, but isn't that sore, achy feeling good? It makes you know that you are on the…
  • I would love to see 160 on the scale for the end of March, when I want to ttc again. Overall, I am aiming for a size 6/8 and around 142 lbs with muscle. At 5'4", my Mii is chunky!! Time to change that once and for all.....Twin Tracy, we NEED to do this and be done with the ups/downs!!!!!

  • Mission baby girl.....skinnier pregnancy, healthier pregnancy. To not have rolls of belly fat. To look good naked and with clothes....I look at pictures and in the mirror and all I see is the fat girl from college and new mommy days. Emotional health....when I run, I feel good!!!
  • Tracy....we so are twins!!!! I was doing good maintaining, until I added in strength training and the inches gain in the thighs really messed with my head. Between some of the crap going on at home and work being less than soothing to the soul, I gained about 6-7 lbs since March 2012....but the m/c has given me 7 lbs or…
  • Name  Amber IDOB Name  oceanity Weight Loss goal :grumble: 28lbs Method of Weight Loss :explode: Diet and exercise....going to add Stronglifts into my running routine, and hubby might be in the loop with JM90Revolution! Any other information  After the last m/c in October (4th so far), I still really…
  • You totally rocked it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And your outfit was a perfect look.......congrats again!!!!!
  • I am such a slacker in posting here girls.....but almost done Stage 1 after my restart with it! There is a part of me that says I should have gone onto stage 4 instead of restarting, but I have been working on sticking closer to cals needed rather than eating in severe excess. Love the challenge thing you all got going on!…
  • Sorry to be such a lurker....finally kicking my headache today! And mostly through stage 1 again...it is amazing the differnce a few months and Stages 1-3 did for me, even if I was struggling with the food side of it. Glad to see so many girls into NROLFW!! You all rock!!!
  • Have fun reading...it is great how it breaks it down and sets up the routines!!!!!!
  • I have been following this thread, but am so guiltly for not posting! I absolutely love the fact that there is so much support for the program here. I would have never got comfortable with heavy lifting if it was not for NROLFW! And even though I decided to restart the program instead of progressing to Stage 4, I feel good…
  • I believe they are stickied in our group pages...so hopefully in the first 2 pages of the NROLFW group....but I like the ones I made for myself. I love how simply they lay out the workouts!!
  • I would smack her down with those "muscley" thighs and realize that the "diet" of the competitive body builder perhaps had something to do with drug use, than actual food. I have measured my thighs and sadly have had some change in the bad way, but if I was to be running as much as I did last summer, I do believe that I…
  • I had a great laugh with that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think that is an excellent ploy and I will be sure to use it. At first, he did not believe I would stick with NROLFW, so I had to sign the book out of the library twice, but I did coherce him into purchasing my own copy!!
  • I have converted our basement into a gym....and hoping that I can convince the hubby of a need of a squat rack, otherwise I am limited to what I can pass over my head, or perhaps skinny under my bar lying down! lol, I don't think that will be a good solution, so my hubby has promised that he will help me with the workout A…
  • Gill.....I have issues with my right shoulder and I find that it flares up when it wants! I blame it on work, but in reality, it just makes it worse when I workout or play with my boys. I hope you can solve the issues before you progress to Stage 3. Also, thanks for getting my food issues...I have been working really hard…
  • After deciding to restart the program and eat at maintaince, I felt like I was failing. Not because of the starting over, just the not finishing it for a first time.....but I have decided that if my inner thighs and booty are aching after the workouts, then it will all be good! I am really trying hard with sticking to my…
  • Barefoot......nice new profile pic!!!!! So I started the program at stage 1......and am feeling the step ups!!! I gave it some thought and realized that since i had spent almost 4 months in the first 3 stages (more time in stage 1 since I was and entire newbie to weights...) but struggled with binge, emotional and over…
  • Thanks for posting!!!!! It has me rethinking my start of Stage 4 right now....I am going to begin at Stage 1 over, paying close attention to macros and nutrition. Plus, it will allow for 6 weeks with shorter workouts, enough time to get ready for my 8k in 8 weeks and then truely focus on strength gains. Our town has a fun…
  • Barefoot.....that is one wicked NSV!!!!! Totally love that even when "nothing" changes, your body is busy at work! And the hummus and veggie post workout snack is a great idea. Beeps..glad to hear that you are safe and sound.....enjoy the moments! And Autumn, it is awesome that you are going with the NROLFW and…
