I had challenged myself to NOT eat any pre-packaged meals this week. I just checked out the ENTIRE recipe....the outrageous sodium in this is a combo of EVERYTHING!! I'm IN!!! And I need to be held accountable!!! I did about 5 days of shredding, and although it started getting easier as time went on, I stopped. It's really a great way to get in a great sweat in a short amount of time!!

5'2" and (currently) have a large frame!:sad: I'd love to see 120lbs. I averaged 125-130 thru high school, and was considered 'the fat girl' then. Now, 140lbs is at the high end for me...let's get there and see how it feels!!!! (Since it's been almost 20 years since we've see each other!! :laugh: )

Same here - except I bake cookies, brownies, pies, fudge, sloppy joes, BBQ pork, and on and on and on... I just tell myself that those aren't for me!! And, if I'm tempted, I go on-line and search for low-cal recipes!! And, if that doesn't work - I just drink a bottle of water and go to bed!! Good luck to us all and stay…
