I keep weening (sp?) myself down on the coffee. Gone from 24oz w/ lotsa the sweet creamers to 8oz w/ skim milk & sweetner in the past 5 months. I just love the flavor and aroma of coffee in the morning!0

I really like getting up early and having the house to myself. I made coffee and an egg & cheese english muffin. I'm sitting here watching the Today Show, and it's so great. Why don't I ever do this??0
