I've been checking my ketone sticks daily and they're negative but I've dropped 6lb in the last 10 days with my carbs being below 30g. Keep going, not exactly sure those ketone sticks are always a valid indicator xx

Best way for me to prevent a binge is not to eat any of that food at all. If i eat one chocolate I may as well call it quits as sure as hell im gonna eat the rest. To be honest it all depends on what us ladies are doing before the gym.....if i wear makeup to work and have nice hair chances are when I get to the gym straught after work I'm not gonna mess my hair up and scrub my make up off purely so you can assume im taking things seriously...... its easier and quicker to not care…

You'll be fine sugar, the things I notice about my body are that if I exercise I lose less weight but my body is way better looking shape wise whereas if I just diet it drops weight but doesn't actually look any different. I limit myself to a treat before bed and then go to sleep or I know id consume the entire cupboard. Its hard but maybe look at somebefore and after pics of other people posted in the forums as theyre always inspirationalxx

Do an online shop, don't go into the store and then you'll miss the temptations of all the goodies etc. Write a list of foods you want to make and then order it all.
