Definately the food! I work shift work (12hr shifts) and always seem to be tired....which makes me hungry for crappy food. Its like I can't seem to get full. Exercise is awesome. I love it. I just can't workout enough to counteract the crappy diet. Best of intentions, but it doesn't seem to work. I guess I just need to…

something similar to icecream but healthier! 3/4 cup almond milk frozen banana (cut up) 1T of cocoa powder 1t vanilla a couple ice cubes puree or blend in blender or food processor. Its like a chocolate milk shake or you can freeze it in popsicle molds for fudgesicles. So yummy!

I am 5'4"...weigh 140lbs...and fit a size 7/9 pants and a sm/med top. I would love to get down to 128 and then we will see what size I am! Before I had kids I was 125lbs and anywhere from size 2-4. Good Luck everyone!

I am 5'4 and I am aiming for between 125-130. I am currently 145 and on my frame it looks a little heavy. Its all in my belly though so thats probably why!

I work shift work...2days then 2 nights. I found what works best for me is midnight to midnight, that way it doesn't change when I am on days off. I was struggling with it until I started doing that!

this is something I have been curious about too!

If you really don't like them you can sneak them into things. Shred carrots and mix them into things, put a handful of spinach into a smoothie, (you can't taste it..I swear), you can puree most veggies and sneak them into things.

I am in!!!

I log the heavy cleaning! But like one of the other people wrote I have my status set as sedentary! So anything that I break a sweat on counts/. I just make sure that I am cleaning vigorously!

What is C25k?? I have seen this a few times on here and I am just wonder?

Try 30 day shed (Jillian Micheals) it has strength training and cardio!
-
Do you use a food scale to measure your portions? maybe your portions are too high! Also, when you exercise you should be eating the extra calories that you get otherwise you can put your body into starvation mode and you won't lose the weight
-
I agree with the veggie soup...and maybe a salad?
-
I would stay at work! If it's just a cough just be careful about not coughing on people and you should be fine. Drink lots! It seems like a waste to take a sick day if you aren't feeling that bad!

Hi I am in British Columbia, Canda and it is 745pm...I am playing with my kids before I put them to bed!

Do you live nearby? You could always try to sync your IPOD/IPHONE on her computer to see if that gets you the songs when you plug back into your computer.

I find that I eat out of boredom.....when I work out it distracts me and I don't snack. I don't feel hungry after I workout but I am doing mostly cardio. Maybe its the strength training that is making you hungry. What do you eat right after you workout? A high protein snack may help you recover better.

I haven't been on MFP for very long but I have lost 5lbs and 7 inches in the last month after having two babies in 2 years. I was feeling really good about my progress and then I went to the grocery store and the cashier looked at my stomach and says " Are you pregnant again already?" So frustrating! AND I had my 9 month…

I would stay at your 1300 calories....just make smart food choices for the rest of the week. It was only one day and it shouldn't impact you too much! If you drop too low you might not see results...! Drink lots of water and get in a workout!

I still do my workouts outside! I just dress for the weather. The fresh air make me feel refreshed after being cooped up inside all day!
-
You look fantastic! Great job!

You have to be careful doing it everyday! Your muscles do need a day in between to rest. You risk injuries by not let the muscles rest. You can still do cardio on the off days but the video incorporates strength training so the muscles need the break to repair themselves.

I know some people think that money shouldn't be a factor in whether you have more kids but my theory is that if you can't afford to do all the things you want to do with your family then you shouldn't have another baby. Right now my husband and I have two babies and he has a daughter from a previous marriage. I would love…

You should try to get more fruits and veggies into your plan. At breakfast, instead of that piece of toast have a banana or an orange or something. Maybe yogourt or something. At dinner you could try adding a small side salad as well.

Hi...what is 30DS?? I have seen it on here a few times and I am curious?

You can retain more fluid when you have your period which will cause the scale to read high. I would drink some extra water and then wait a day or two to try the scale again.

When you go to the gym do you do the same type of workout over and over? If so, you could try to change it up...take a high impact aerobics class. Just working different muscles than you generally do could help you break through your plateau! Good luck!

I have to say I started it for the same reasons as you. Weight loss! It did take me awhile to really get into it. RIght up until I ran my first race it was still a struggle to get through the first 2 km but once I was through them I started to relax and enjoy the running (most of the time!) But after I crossed the finish…
