I like to lightly pan "fry" a banana in a little water. The "frying" makes it super sweet and gooey. A medium banana is 105 calories
Or, make a pancake of 1/4 cup self rising flour, 1 small or 1/2 large egg white, water to consistency and some white sugar to make the batter sweet. Fry in margarine.
1/4 c self rising flour 100 calories
1 tbs sugar 60
1 tbsp margarine 50
1 egg white 15
Total 225 calories.
Throw the fried banana over it and it's a semi healthy sweet pig out that can be a whole meal.
Total 330 calories.0 -
8 ounces nonfat plain Greek yogurt with a tablespoon of honey
Belvita breakfast biscuits (the cinnamon brown sugar are the sweetest)
If you can handle portion control, Hershey's dark chocolate minis0 -
2 packs Sugar Free Jello (Flavor of choice)
1 Can of Juice or Water Packed fruit cocktail
Lite Whipped topping
I make the jello, add the fruit when the jello just starts to set. I eat a cup at a time with the 2-4 tablespoons of the topping. Its less than 125 calories per serving.0 -
My favourite is a steamed milk with sugar free syrup.0

Licorice tea I find very sweet without anything added.0

fruit and ice cream0

Just eat the fruit and don't worry about going over your sugar goal that MFP has allotted.
It's not a make or break thing.0 -
Homemade ice cream with almond milk (in a ziploc bag). Only like 30 calories0

I like to make avocado pudding. 1 avocado, cocoa and honey blend till smooth. I personally like to freeze it and then eat it or make a shake.0

something similar to icecream but healthier!
3/4 cup almond milk
frozen banana (cut up)
1T of cocoa powder
1t vanilla
a couple ice cubes
puree or blend in blender or food processor. Its like a chocolate milk shake or you can freeze it in
popsicle molds for fudgesicles. So yummy!0 -
if you want something sweet and low cal, try Fiber One Brownies. you can get them at any grocery store. They taste great and are only 90 calories!!0
-
also, try smoothies. I get mine with lowfat yogurt, skim milk, and fruit0

I love Dole banana dippers. They're in the freezer section and are frozen banana slices covered in dark chocolate. They're 100 calories a pack. Because they're frozen they take a bit to eat.0
