I agree with you!! Every talk show magazine cover has some celebrity on it with the new, best way to "look good". It gets really annoying.

Just jump right back into it!!! Start making healthy choices in regards to nutrition and fitness!!! You can do it!!! Use the MFP food journal. It really helped me to LOOK at what I was eating. HUGE WAKE UP CALL!! Think positive. Just do it!! We are here for moral support and it really helps!!!

Hey! Just use the tools that are on the website. You can do this. When I first logged my food I hated it. But, then when I saw what I was eating I started to change my choices. We are here to give you encouragement with your journey and do it together. And compain about it togther. Welcome!!!!!

What are you eating for breakfast? Try a smoothie or a protein bar for a snack. Add some fiber in that will keep you more full. Good Luck!!

Some days I really have a hard time finding motivation to work out. I have to tell myself to remember how I feel after I am done. I have to decide to NOT procrastinate and JUST DO IT!!! And also the results you see from the healthy choices you make. You could also find a Buddy!!!
