I got this about a month ago. I like it. I love the Tibata and the Ultimate Cardio. I think they want it to be similar to P90X. Jeff the instructor is experienced, I have done his workouts before. Good Luck!

I am a vegetarian of 6 years. When I quit eating meat I really craved chicken, but made the choice to not eat it. It gets easier with time. In regards to calorie intake-Was there a lot of sodium? Could you retaining water? Just throwing a few things out there.

I was told by so called "experts" that your body can only absorb or take so many grams of protein at one time and that 25g was to much. True or False. When you get advice from friends everyone claims to be an "expert".
