Hi, I set up an account here nearly a year ago, but I was pregnant and wasn't needing to lose weight then. So now my baby is 13 weeks old and I need to achieve my goal weight before Christmas. I have been trying to keep my weight stable since bub arrived but it's starting to creep up slowly and I need to keep a track of what I'm eating.
Looking forward to getting to know people here.

    If you are breast feeding, you might consult your doctor on how many calories a day you can have. 1200 will be a little low for breast feeding. Hugs, BJB :drinker: (lots of water)
