I love Popsicle brand Fudgsicle No Sugar Added Fudge Bars . They're are only 40 calories each and they really satisfy the chocolate craving. They're very rich without the artifical sweetener after taste.

I started June 3, 2010 and have lost 50lbs (low and slow). I did take off November and December and gained back 10lbs. But I have only 10 more to go!!!!!

I've always liked graham crackers. Most brands are around 65 calories for a large (double size) cracker. That will usually curb my sweet tooth. They come in chocolate and cinnamon as well..Yummy!

Lo-cal Pumpkin Pie Pudding Serves 1 Calories-107 Carbs-17 Fat-3 1/2 cup Canned Pumpkin 4 tbsp Cool Whip - Whipped Topping 3 Tsp. Splenda - No Calorie Sweetener ¼ tsp Nutmeg ¼ tsp Cinnamon Mix all ingredients and serve. Yummy treat!

This may be more than anyone wants to know but I've noticed "that time of the month" can have a huge affect. I average about 8lbs a month. One week I'll loose 1 lbs (or none at all). Then two weeks later I'll loose 3-4 lbs. It all depends on how much water I'm retaining. This week I lost 5 lbs. Last week I only lost 1 lb.…

I couldn't agree more! We're all adults here. No one needs "Mommy" to tell them what to do. We all can make our own choices...good and bad! Sometimes I feel that others are trying to ram their opinions down my throat.
