    I use oats in my tuna patties...also any time I want to bulk up a meatloaf (chicken or turkey) or my lentil loaf...meatballs....oats are great for that and you can't even tell that they're in there.

    I use oats too, in salmon patties and meatloaf. They would work great with the tuna, too!

    I make somethng very similar but instead of crackers you use baked potato. Also very good and reheat nicely.

    *love* this idea! i'm always hearing about salmon patties, which i don't dig. but i eat tuna, so this is very cool. i'll put these on our menu for wednesday. thanks for sharing!
