I tried it for a couple weeks, I added fruit in with the shakes and blended them...tasted great and kept me full! =) Lost a couple pounds but I have been losing weight anyways.. so idk if that was the reason or not.

I did the full 30 days and on day 1, I felt the same... Now like 3 months later, I only actually feel like I'm getting a workout in if I do level 3, and I usually have to add something to it.

Fiber one brands, the original is only 60 cals before milk...there are some more flavorful ones though that start at 80cal and go up to 120. =)

I agree with you. I don't log cleaning or my job (I'm a server)..I have my activities set as active, and I am used to being busy and moving around a lot, so I don't feel like I get a "work out" in that way. JMO

I have tried the hebalife meal replacement shakes, seemed to work quite well, a friend of mine had them and I did it for about a week. I lost like 2 lbs that week. Thanks everyone, I'm glad I am not the only one feeling this way. Maybe I will try out some of the other games too! It is definitely fun to do, with the hubby and the kids, as far as game playing goes. I had never played wii fit before, so I guess I was just expecting a little too much.

Looking in the mirror, at recent photos and at the scale. I was terrified of gaining anymore weight...so I decided to go the opposite way instead. I obsess over things..I admit that. A couple ideas.. replace your pastas and breads with whole grains replace ground hamburger with ground turkey replace cans of veggies with frozen veggies..or fresh veggies and steam them..

Yes, I had a family member die from gastric bypass...very scary!!! If you do chose to have one of these VERY dangerous surgery's, I highly suggest doing your research on your choice of doctor and how to take care of yourself, ect.. also IMO, you seem to just barely be meeting the requirements, you could prob. end up doing…
