Water weight will add quick weight. Also, if you have consumed a lot of sodium and/or are on your period, you'll retain a lot of water weight. It takes a long time to put on a good deal of muscle weight!

I happen to find pale skin to be beautiful, veins and all. Skin is supposed to have character, regardless of color! n_n IMHO, the *BEST* way to tan is to take a vacation to the caribbean!!! Dead serious... I took a cruise for 7 days and came back looking like a weathered sailor!! xD
