  • Seroquel definitely made me gain I felt like I physically could not stop eating. My doctor has me on Zeldox and Ablify now, and truthfully we're still working on dose, because I haven't exactly been stable. (I'm one of those super lucky ultradian cycling types) , BUT, losing the weight I gained on Seroquel has been a…
  • Squat: 205 Deadlift: 235 Bench: 140 Not too shabby for a girl ;)
  • Some rogue fitness swag and my stupid L4/L5 herniation to heal so I can go back to kicking *kitten*.
  • I'd definitely start with physically measuring out 2tbsp of barbeque sauce or less everytime you use it, the stuff is pretty much pure sugar, and at 30+ cals per tbsp, it could be quite easy to pile on an extra 200-300cals to your days without really realizing it. It also sounds like adding some more produce to your diet…
  • I feel like the correlation equals causation in this study is backwards, and I'm calling it out for being poor science in general. I think a much more likely conclusion is people who are natural risk takers, are more like to drink more, as well as more likely to get tattoos. Or at the very least drinking more may result in…
  • Dark hair and scruff, mmmmm.
  • PRETTY SURE I'm not a hot guy, but hey hey! This thread is hilarious, and kudos to all of you mad sexy people! Not gonna lie, I creeped a TON of profiles :$

  • If you're looking to get shredded 6 pack abs, it 90% nutrition. You can build all of the muscle you want, and lose fat however you like but only to a point. And then it's clean food and mean workout ;)
  • @fromwva, girl I sympathize! I'm not married but my boyfriend and I were together for 4 years, and despite some recent gain I'm still WAY smaller than when we first started dating, and a lot more toned. He pretty much did nothing but make me feel like **** about myself, for anything you could think of, and after awhile it…
  • HAHA! Hopefully not Meg? LOL
  • I always make oatmeal, you can make it taste like aaaaanything =) Ie. Peanut Butter cup oatmeal, cook 1/4c oatmeal with 2tbsp of cocoa powder and 2 packets of sweetener, pour in bowl and add a tbsp of peanut butter on top. approx 185cal Carrot cake oatmeal, grate 15 baby carrots (pain in the butt, but they're much sweeter)…
  • I find if I don't get enough probiotics in my diet (at least a serving a day, more if I'm having "troubles") I bloat like crazy =/
  • "And it may well be that a great deal of Americans *don't* really know much about nutrition, just as there are a great deal of British people who don't." ..But you Brits sure do make the world's best junk food. Yorkie bar, anyone?
  • Tomatoes, especially awesome with basil, or roasted garlic cloves =)
  • Holy cow! Your progress, and how you've been absolutely taking your goals by storm, is AMAZING! =)

  • Fave "tabata" workout, although SHBoss has got me thinking I'm probably not using it for it's intended purpose, but thrust squats with 15lb dumbbells leaves me completely knackered, for at least a couple of days.…
  • I'm not married, but my boyfriend is super supportive and helpful, and reading inspiring posts like these make a nonconformist with no real interest in traditional constitutions, like me, very exciting to get married one day =) You lucky ladies! =p
  • Outweighing my boyfriend, and the way clothes fit and my thighs chaffed. UGHHHH.
  • I'd agree with your boyfriend too seeing as you hadn't slept yet.
  • If by working out you mean strength training, you'll definitely get the results you want. Muscle is a lot denser than fat, so you can maintain the weight you're currently at (or lose 5lbs) but completely alter your physique as you trade stubborn flab for sexy definition. Congrats on you're progress so far! =)

  • I definitely thought this was just going to say "Wear sunscreen!" LOL.
  • Losing weight is tough, but it's a LOT harder to fix someone who is truly ugly on the inside.
  • I had that problem about a year ago, exercised like a fiend and always stayed under 1200. I managed to drop about 10lbs that way, but then the scale got stuck at 145 for a solid month. I went home for Christmas, pigged out, gained back maybe 2lbs, and decided I felt much better with a little extra food. I bumped it up to…
  • Care for dark chocolate at all? I don't indulge regularly, per say, maybe 2x a week, more at TOM, but it really is worth it for the antioxidants it provides =) Green&Black's Organic 70% bar is fantastic, only 210cals for a pretty decent 12 square serving, and waaay more satisfying than even a Lindor chocolate, I find. Or,…
  • Wow! You are one smokin' lady! I swear you could put have the university girls I live with (I'm assuming the majority of whom have never given birth) to shame! Keep rockin' and thanks for the inspiration!
  • I know it said food, and this is actually a drink, but I enjoy it so much and it's a waaay better alternative to pretty much any diet drink you're going to find. Every night I brew a huge pitcher with 3 bags of green tea, and 1 bag of tetley summerberry, and then just stick it in the fridge to chill. I used to add stevia…
