I just did the upper body routine last night, which is 20 minutes. I have a bodymedia fit band and it told me I burned 179 calories during that time. 18 minutes were vigorous activity. I'm 154 lbs, 5'2, and female. I was able to go through the whole thing.

I read a book called Thin Within by Judy Halliday and it has really changed my life. I feel like it's the God absed approach to weight loss that lasts and you can still have the foods you want. It's all about eating only when your hungry and stopping when your full. Feel free to add me!

I agree. Thin Within is a great book. I haven't finished it yet and it is hard because your not always hungry in the morning but I still eat anyways and you will be so sad how long it really takes to be hungry or to be at a 0 on the scale for hunger.

I try to always let my veggies drip off in the rice and don't eat the rice. They LOVE using oil here like it's soup. Everything is swimming in it. Try to learn to say less oil please. shao3fang5 you2...I think :) They always understand. The restaurants near me don't speak any English. I wish we had Thai aaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh!

I usually find an American equivalent and always add about a tbsp of peanut oil for every meal. I really try to measure or cut the white rice because they give you shovels full here. You should add more exercise and try to eat 1500 calories a day. Listen to your bodies hunger/fullness.

A great book is "Thin Within." It also helps with your emotional connection to food.
