Turbo Fire inferno plan??

Hello! I just got turbo fire and I'm confused about the plans. Am i supposed to start the Inferno Plan before i start the actual calendar?

    You know, I got mine last Wednesday and I thought it was for someone who wanted to get faster results for like a wedding as an example. Maybe I'm wrong lets see if someone else responds. :wink:

    The plan is for someone who wants to kick start losing weight or who is plateauing
