Yes there are so many things I could keep eating and eating! I eat out of boredom in front of the TV so sometimes I don't even notice when I'm full! Use smaller plates, smaller portions. If you're really still hungry after your portion you can always go back and get more...but if you use a big plate and a big portion you'll just eat it all regardless of whether you're hungry or not. Also, wait 15 or so minutes after your meal to get seconds because sometimes you won't feel full right away. Really listen to your body.0

A great book is "Thin Within." It also helps with your emotional connection to food.0
