i was always told that i should eat more to lose. maybe add a few hundred cals for about a week or so to see if there is a change. like this week add 200 cals and continue doing your workouts, then see what happens after 2 weeks or so. good luck.:flowerforyou:

Hi, Im on week 3 of T25 and I love it. I finished Insanity before I started T25. I loved Insanity. I love T25 because its only 25 mins and I sweat like crazy. I use my HRM to monitor my workouts.

i feel the same way, im always confused as to how many cals a day and i try not to use the cals earned by exercise. im thinking that is why im not losing at least 2lbs a week. i put my cals to 1400 (was at 1600-T25 suggestion) and my cals from exercise are about 500 to 600 with T25. i have lost almost 80lbs without a gym. i started with turbo fire and now doing insanity. i like the privacy of my own home and i can workout whenever i have my free time. also i have children to take care of so i have to work around their schedule, especially when school starts.

awesome!! i just started my 2nd month max workouts yesterday. omg let me tell you it was rough, but i did it. i had to do the fit test then the max interval circuit. 86 mins of sweat. cant wait for tonight.!! :flowerforyou:
