Very sustainable. I have learned that I actually like the gym a lot. I allow myself to still eat the things I crave I just balance it out with good stuff and limit how often it happens.

Getting into the 260's for the first time in about 10 years. We are heading out on a cruise in May and I would like to be down another pant size before that.

I've learned to push myself outside of my comfort zone. Weights are all new to me and that has taken some getting used to. However, the elliptical machine has always intimidated me the most and a month ago I couldn't do it for 5 minutes and now I can go for 30 minutes.

I went down a size in pants :)

I just looked at the Taco Bell nutrition information today and found that the crunchy shells are actually lower in everything then the tortillas. Who would have thought??

It's funny that I came across this post because I just had one of my WTF moments earlier this week. A route 44 Sonic Unsweetened Iced Tea has 25mg of sodium. Blows my mind! Needless to say I will make my own iced tea at home that has zero mg for sodium in it. Applebee's salads were a shocker for the amount of everything in…

Okay ladies!! It is only 29 days away! I have a friend who did the one in Denver last weekend and said it was just as amazing as it looks. They had over 10,000 participants so it is going to be super crowded and super fun!

We just got the stepper on Tuesday and I love it!!

I'm in. I am working on walking my first 5k the end of June so I am going to shoot for 40 miles this month.

I am doing the one in KC on June 30. I am SUPER excited! I am going to walk it because I am not to the running point yet. I plan to wear sunglasses to keep the color out of my eyes. I walked my first 5k distance yesterday. It's going to be great!

Count me in!

I don't have cheat days. I have days where I may eat something less healthy but still remain at my calorie goals. I know myself and if I had one cheat day I would end up with seven days of cheat days before long and that isn't why I am here. It's been 51 days and I had half a basket of fries for lunch today. But you can be…

I LOVE Curves. It is great not only for the strength training but for the support. We have a fantastic time at the Curves I go to talking and chatting. Sometimes you don't even realize how much time has passed and how many times you have gone around the circuit. I am down 24 pounds in 50 days and I have had 3 weeks where I…

I do. I don't always come in under. I mainly monitor my sodium though. I often wonder why more people don't monitor that.

1. I never log a weight gain only weight losses. 2. I love NKOTB. I have seen them in concert 3 times in the past 3 years and follow all the boys on Twitter. 3. I constantly look at overweight people and tell myself I am not as big as they are even when I know I am.

I have lost 8 pounds while unable to work out.

1. I love my job but dislike not knowing where I stand with my boss. He is a very private person who keeps everything to himself and seems to let his personal life affect his mood. 2. I wish my dad would have died when he had his massive stroke five years ago as opposed to ending up in a wheelchair in a nursing home. I am…

I hire for positions that are a face of our company. Yes I care if people will be able to Google my employees and see questionable behavior and photos. It can also cause trust issues between clients and employees.

It is my opinion. Nothing more and nothing less. That is what was asked in this post.
-
I find it interesting that only one person seems to have a different opinion and she is being ganged up on for it. I believe that the OP was asking for an opinion and when one person came along that didn't agree with the majority she must be wrong and picked on. Personally I don't need to see all of everyone. If I wanted…

I'm in Salina!

I would not wear that. Way too short and doesn't cling in great places. Congrats on your weight loss! However, I am certain you can find something more flattering for your new figure.

Let's not even get started on the amount of sodium in EVERYTHING at Mc Donald's.

I started January 30 and have lost 22 pounds. I have started exercising as much as I can (having knee surgery on March 29.) and eating MUCH better.
-
I measure everything and put it in a recipe. It figures it all for me and I can just add it to my food diary whenever I make it.

My friends and I are doing Saturday. We are looking for a bib for Saturday still as well as we have one friend who didn't make it before it filled up. So if anyone has one that they would like to sell that would be fantastic!!

The stripper that is always dressed as a cop?

I understand this feeling. I am down 22 pounds and no one has said a word! I have lost two pants sizes and still nothing.
