Count me in!!! On Nov 3rd 2010 I was 308....... as of today, I am 225.4 as of current weigh in. I have maintained between 228-233 over the last six months. Now I am entering another phase of weight lose, which is to be 205-210 by September for my first half marathon. Since I started MFP, I went from 231. 4 to what I am now....... this in 15 days. This site really works!!! Anyhow, this will give me some motivation for May!!!!
