A product called True Lemon (they also have lime and orange) nothing in them but the juice of the fruit. They also have a raspberry lemonade that is sweetened with stevia, which is the only one I can use. 5 calories.

I hated cottage cheese. It took me over year to get to like it and I just had to keep trying it. What worked for me is to eat it with strawberry preserves. It makes it sweet enough to get past what I saw as questionable texture.

I ditched the splenda for sure. Gave me horrible stomach pains/cramping and gas. Once I stopped using it they were gone. Also stopped using anything labeled "sugar free" because of the chemical artificial sweeteners. I'm using Truvia (a brand of Stevia) now with no problems at all.

I'm glad you asked this question. I just recently started using a treadmill and doing sprints working up my time. Since then, I've gotten mysterious bruises on my legs too. Not so much my arms that I've seen. This is odd!
