Wow!!! I *SO* know the feeling!!! Think about how good you felt without the carbs: Full of energy, light, satisfied... Think about how you feel with all those carbs: sluggish, tired, always hungry therefore always eating........ It's going to take a couple of days to 'detox' again..but you can do it....it is *so* worth it…

I was going to say something....but everyone else already has! Love this group of people...always willing to help out! So, I give you a 'smiley' and wish you the best of luck!!! :flowerforyou:

True; however, in the 'Cause of Diabetes' there is nothing listed. It lists the 'risk factors' for diabetes, but there is nothing listed as the 'cause'.

Me too!!! Shoes fit fine, laces not too tight...it just happens....on both the eliptical, the treadmill, and when running outside. I've never had diabetes of any kind, and do not have a circulation disorder. Glad I"m not the only one this happens to!:flowerforyou:

It's amazing how sweet a few strawberries may be; blueberries, raspberries, blackberries too.... And, if I'm craving it, I'll have an apple, usually with some protein (like peanut butter)....

Oh man....I feel for you; I've been there...down to walking out in tears. I find it amazing that it's *your* fault for the pain, but yet, they don't take responsibility for causing it. Never quite understood that one. I've got a few years on you, and trust me when I say, you'll come into your own, and you'll have to beat…

I watched the movie 'Fathead' and it just made sense; no processed carbs..........it's on Netflix...and it gives the science and reasoning behind lots of things that you may be doubting. It's just additional information. Good luck! Feel free to add me as well :flowerforyou:

My youngest brother, who has 3 brothers and 2 sisters older than him, would definitely disagree with that...... So would his wife and three daughters......

Hi Kiki! Can't see your diary, so I'm not sure what you're eating. I usually stay within 75g carbs and 30 g sugar quite easily. You may have to read lables carefully; you'd be surprised at what you *thought* didn't have sugar in it, actually does...... Good luck!:flowerforyou:
