At 6,4 i would try and hit 2000 in mainly protein. Finish your carbs at lunch time and stick to lean protein in the afternoon evenings and you should see a drop quickly without dropping your calories too low.

Biggest problem for anyone working a desk job. I drink 2L bottle water every day. Hardest days in the office are birthdays..... People bring in cakes.... the office has 50+ people so there are a lot of birthdays!!!

Only people with a long term partner AND kids should be flirting on here! Single people have too much time on their hands, us people with kids have got no time to flirt in the real world so c'mon play fair and let us have our time. ;0) Cant see much evidence of any flirting really? too tame... c'mon we can all do better!

I never do crunches. They can give a "doming" effect on the tummy if your body fat isnt low enough making you look fatter. I stick to hanging knee raises, horizantal leg raises and a couple of twisting excersizes. Cunches are a way way over rated.

Eat your extra calories 5 days in a row and train 5 days in a row and you'll lose more than 1 day on 1 day off. Plus your calories seem very low. As the saying goes... you are what you eat.

I run low carb high protein diet for 7 days every few months according to when i have races coming up. Just helps shed some fat but i couldnt do it any longer than 14 days tops. Too hard.

If you listened to all the health warnings about food, you'd never eat. Fresh or canned fish 3 times a week has no adverse effects. Plus the good in the fish far outweighs the evil.

I eat canned Tuna in Brine probably 3-4 times a week. 1. Im not crazy from consuming too much Mercury 2. The sodium isnt a problem if you're eating healthy, excersizing and drinking the required water.

I hope you are warmin up properly too prior to running. A brisk walk of at least 2 mins with deep breathing will help.

im a very experienced runner and i always leave 2.5 hours minimum after eating before i run and i dont drink any energy drinks within 60 mins prior to running either.
