some exercise ideas please!

hi all I am in all day today with my youngest children I have tried looking on fitness tv for a work out but its just all adverts for fitness junk. so can anyone give me ideas of things I can do inbetween changing nappies? I don't want to end up sitting around watching day time tv help!!

Put the music channel on and have a boogie, dancing is a great form of exercise and its fun too0

I would find some music and tell the kids it's dance day. Dance every few hours , they will love it.0

Try taking them to a local swimming pool, spending any time in the pool is great for you (even if its looking after them) ! And im sure your kids will love it!0

How about some dvds. There are some very inexpensive ones. I use Jillian Michael's shred dvd in the morning when I am short on time, only 25 minutes., and her longer ones when I have more time.0
