I started CrossFit at an affiliate gym 1.5 months ago and I am in love with it. Seriously, it's my soulmate workout. I debated trying it for over a year because of the cost, but I'm so glad I finally decided to start going. At my box, the trainers are very good and helpful. I feel like I am well instructed in proper form…

Great job! Love the dress!

My diary is open. I think I eat pretty healthy (the past few days were a little wonky but for the most part I do well)

24% is actually considered a healthy body fat for a woman. Due to our reproductive systems, etc, you should not really go much below 21%. If you do you may have issues with missed periods, etc. Also it's pretty hard to accurately measure body fat on your own. TDEE method is explained in this message board post:…

You could try to incorporate a serving or 2 of coconut water a day. It is 45-60 calories depending on brand. The flavor is very subtle and it has a lot of benefits (extremely hydrating and high in potassium and other vitamins). I tend to feel very dehydrated when I wake up in the morning, so I have been drinking a cup…

I have my next half next weekend. I didn't train as diligently so I expect a slower time. Then I have a 3rd half planned in May and I'm planning to follow Hal Higdon's Intermediate plan before that one. Then I'll probably take a break until October or maybe even 2014.

Clean eating, and running so far! I'm still 10lbs from goal & am going to start working on my muscle tone!

Great pics, I recognize the pool at the Flamingo in the second one! :)

I'm 5'8" and have a goal weight of 155lbs based on my frame but who know! I used to never think I could get below 178 and now I'm at 166lbs :)

I just decided I'll get a tattoo when I hit goal weight! I've had the tattoo i want picked out for a while, just looking for a reason to get it and I can't think of a better one!

You're welcome to send me an add, I'm 24!

You're doing great!! Don't ever expect perfection, just keep making progress :)

I have a mostly vegetarian diary if that helps :)

I just watched the video, this could be a good option for me :)

With nutribullet, I'm concerned with the capacity. If I get a juicer I'm planning to make juices with a lot of ingredients that make a large amount. I also plan to make juices with mostly leafy greens and vegetables.

I look at them but it seems like most of my MFP friends don't eat clean. By that I mean whole foods. The majority of what I see is processed foods. So I don't really get ideas but I get motivated to continue with my current diet which is mostly very "clean." Also, I alternate between having my diary viewable and not, and…

Just because someone looks healthy on the outside doesn't mean they are on the inside! Only a healthy, clean diet will get you that. Good luck!

Hal Higdon has some good training plans! http://www.halhigdon.com/

I ran my first half marathon last October. I followed Hal Higdon's Novice 1 plan, and I was already running 6mi regularly when I started the plan. I followed all the running days exactly but skipped the cross training days half the time and I would say I had ample time to prepare. The regular, planned schedule also helped…

Definitely Doing: Surf City Half Marathon - 2/3 OC Half Marathon - 5/5 Then: Disney Half Marathon - Labor Day Weekend or Nike Women's Half Marathon - Oct

I never really thought of this but I think I'm in the same boat. I do a lifting class that works on all muscle groups but I should probably do minimal weight on leg stuff and crank it up for upper body.

I think it looks badass and want to get a pair :)

Wow, amazing results! Inspirational!

You can do it! I'll send u a friend request

I am 5ft 8in, and my current weight is 170lbs. I started out at 201lbs and have now surpassed my previous lowest weight of 178lbs. I was training for a half marathon but now my current focus is going to be on toning - I have less fat to hide the muscles!

An inspiring transformation!

It's really most important for YOU to notice because other people can be lame & might just avoid saying something even if they do notice.

I do agree that they can be irresponsible my slicing up the nutrition information in a way that is misleading (for example, not including cheese on the sub when they KNOW the vast majority of people consider cheese an default item). Subway has improved a little by offering a calculator on your site so you can figure out…
